Educational visit request form

Use this form to enquire about a group visit to the National Railway Museum in York.

Please note that our small team is taking longer than usual to deal with requests and enquiries. We will aim to get back to you within one week.

We are open for visits on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during term time. The museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during term time.

We are processing requests on a first come first served basis. We will email you to discuss options if another application has just pipped you to the post.

As we are still operating with a reduced capacity, availability for activities varies day to day. Please consider alternative dates for your visit and include them in the form.

Your visit
